Send templated transactional emails for key shipment events — arrival notices, invoice issuance, pre-departure alerts, and milestone updates — automatically as the job progresses, without staff needing to remember to send them.

Deliver real-time in-app alerts to staff when milestone events occur, tasks become overdue, credit limits are reached, or documents are received. Notifications group by job and are dismissible once the user has acknowledged the event.

Configure trigger-based rules defining which shipment events fire a notification, who receives it, through which delivery channel, and which message template to use. Rules target individual users, job roles, or external email addresses.
